This month, user group member David Cook is giving us a look at some governance around customisation in TFS.
One of the very first features of TFS has been the ability to customise the process template to suit the needs of your teams. Unfortunately, many of these customisations are performed without the proper analysis on the needs of the teams, or the future maintainability of the process. Also, many find the next time they upgrade TFS, they are missing out on all the new cool features.
In this session, we will take a look at some of the customisations we can apply to TFS and not just how to implement those customisations, but how you can apply governance to these customisations.
